At Advanced Fleet Signs (AFS), we aim to make the shipping and delivery process as seamless and efficient as possible. Below, you'll find all the information you need about how we ship your products, how shipping costs are calculated, and what you can expect from our delivery process.

1.Shipping Methods & Partners

All orders are shipped directly from our factory in Canning Vale, Western Australia. We use MyPostBusiness courier services powered by Australia Post for reliable and efficient delivery. Depending on your location and preference, the following shipping options are available:

  • Express Post: For fast delivery across Australia.
  • International Standard: For deliveries outside of Australia.

We partner with StarShipIt to handle and streamline the shipment process, ensuring your products are delivered safely and on time.

2.Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders (Australia): Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • International Orders: Shipping is also calculated at checkout based on your country and the size of your order. Please note that additional customs or import duties may apply, depending on your country's regulations.
  • For XCELR8® products, please ensure your order meets the minimum quantity requirement. If you are unsure about your order, contact us before proceeding.

3.Handling Time

  • Processing Orders: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Custom Orders (Rock Board® Custom Products and XCELR8® Hi-Vis): Custom orders may require additional processing time due to manufacturing and personalization. Delivery timelines for custom products will be confirmed during the checkout process.

4.Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and your location:

  • Express Post (Australia): Typically delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
  • International Standard: Delivery timelines depend on the destination country, with an average of 7-14 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or carrier delays).

5.Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the Australia Post tracking portal or any updates provided by StarShipIt.

6.Damaged or Faulty Products

At AFS, we take quality and customer satisfaction seriously. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we will:

  • Cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund (see our Returns Policy for more details).

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or faulty product and provide photos of the damage for verification.

7.Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is deemed faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • If you are returning a product for reasons other than damage or defects, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

8.XCELR8® Minimum Order Quantity

Please note that XCELR8® products require a minimum order quantity. Orders that do not meet this requirement may not be processed. If you have questions about this policy, contact us prior to completing your purchase.

9.International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs and Duties: Any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping fee at checkout.
  • Restrictions: Some products may be restricted in certain countries due to local regulations. Please check with your local authorities if you are unsure.
